About

The company was founded by Andy C. Kawatra, the President of AKPM. Andy earned a BS in Real Estate from the David Nazarian School of Business at California State University, Northridge.  During his time at CSUN, he also spent an extensive amount of time learning the appraisal process, and has thus demonstrated a deep understanding of real estate value. After graduating, Andy spent 3 years as an asset manager and assistant director of acquisitions for Millennium Realty Investors, a syndication company.
